By using this site or pre-ordering a Haptic Harmony Ring, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Pre-Orders & Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe and include the product amount, taxes, and shipping calculated at checkout. You authorize the charge at pre-order time. Pre-order contributions are non-refundable except as required by California and FTC law.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are published on this site and are not guaranteed. We provide email updates on significant delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment.

Software License

The ring's firmware and SDKs are source-available under the Gestura Prosperity Software License 1.1 (GPSL-1.1) — free for personal, educational, non-profit, and small-business use; larger commercial use is subject to the license's revenue-share terms. See gestura.ai/licensing for the full text. If these Terms and the license conflict, the license governs your use of the software.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Haptic Harmony Ring and any related software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use them for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities.
